Field of Nuts is the exclusive U.S. distributor of Jerusalem Sesame Company, a well-established manufacturer of all-natural and nutritious nut and seed products.

Field of Nuts is a company which takes great pride in importing only the purest, most natural, nutritious, high quality, totally raw nut and seed butters on the market. The butters stay in their raw state throughout the whole manufacturing process. We produce our butters only from totally raw, superior quality, unprocessed nuts and seeds which leads to easy absorption by the body, and therefore retain their full nutritional value. 

Founded in 1967 by Roger Berman, a mechanical engineer with a degree from Cornell University,  Jerusalem Sesame has spent many years researching and developing manufacturing processes that preserve the natural nutritional value and flavor of its products.

Field of Nuts’ flagship product is Almondie Almond Butter, a unique almond butter made from 100% raw, peeled almonds. Almondie is different from all other almond butters thanks to the two patented machines. *  One machine is used for peeling the almonds  with cold water and the other machine is used to immediately grind the peeled almonds in a cold press process. 

We have put in a lot of effort and hard work, using only superior quality raw almonds, into making Almondie Almond Butter the freshest, richest, genuine, superior tasting and most natural almond butter you could ever try! 

Peeling and grinding at low temperatures ensures that our almonds retain all of their original vitamins, minerals, and nutrients, and that these are easily absorbed by the body.

All of our nut and seed butters are ground in the same, patented, grinding machine at low temperatures, thereby preserving their rawness and full nutritional value. 

Some other almond butters (that are called “made from peeled almonds”) can be made from blanched almonds that are peeled in one facility and ground in another. Almondie is unique in that both the peeling and grinding take place in the same place. They are simply peeled and ground fresh, raw, and unroasted for your maximum nutritional benefit. 

*  The first machine peels the fresh, prime almonds from their outer skin. The almonds are soaked in cold water, and then go through an intensive machine that peels them gently. The almonds are then immediately ground to a creamy butter and jarred to preserve their natural freshness. No chemicals or preservatives are used in Field of Nuts’ nut and seed butters. We make the purest, highest-caliber nut and seed butters on the market. 

*The second machine is an exclusive machine for grinding large quantities of totally raw nuts and seeds at very low temperatures, without roasting them, by cold press process, thereby preserving their original nutritional value.

Most grinding machines that are sold in the market can only grind nuts and seeds once they’ve been roasted and are crunchy and easy to grind. Our patented machine is the only machine that can grind raw nuts and seeds without roasting them at all.

Field of Nuts’ second flagship product is Organic Max Sesame Tahini. Our authentic, superior Tahini is unique and different from all other tahinis that are on the market, thanks to the original cleaning * and grinding machines. 

Max Sesame uses pre-sprouted, whole, unhulled sesame seeds that have been ground raw, preserving the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that make sesame seeds so nutritious and easily digestible by the body. 

*  Our exclusive cleaning machine is used for cleaning our sesame seeds without chemicals or human contact. The advantage of this machine is that it ensures that the nutritional value of the hulls of the sesame seeds remain intact. A large part of the nutritional value is found in the hull of the sesame seed. Therefore Max Sesame gives you the MAX in nutrition. 

So much time and energy has been involved in order to produce our whole, (unhulled) raw, organic Sesame Tahini. We use only superior quality sesame seeds to make Max Sesame Tahini. It was founded in 1967 by Roger Berman, a scientist and mechanical engineer who earned his degree from Cornell University. Jerusalem Sesame has spent many years researching and developing advanced techniques to preserve the natural nutritional value and flavor of all our products.

He invented a unique patented mill to grind whole nuts in large quantities without the use of any heat or chemicals, thus producing products of the highest nutrition and quality possible. Additionally, this machine peels the thin inner skin from our almonds, cleans our sesame seeds, and grinds all of our hand-selected nuts and seeds without chemicals, human contact, or heat. This is all done while our premium quality produce is still raw,thus retaining the nutritional properties and great taste of the raw nuts and seeds.
